Owner Builder WA is a private service operated by Ambient Sustainable Living Pty Ltd. It is an independent private consultancy and is not affiliated with the WA Government.

WA Building Practitioner Registration #BP12447, current since 2007.
The company contractor registration and Steve Roe’s individual practitioner registration are separate credentials. Verify the current name, registration type, status and permitted scope on the WA public register before engagement.

Planning and approvals
Turn your land, drawings, budget and owner-builder obligations into a build sequence you can follow.
Procurement and supply
Coordinate agreed materials and products through an established supply network with the costs and fee basis documented before commitment.
SIP-panel construction
Plan and deliver an accepted structural-insulated-panel work package with its scope and handover point defined in writing.
Construction coordination
Connect agreed supervision, trade scheduling, inspections and progress reporting to the working build programme.
Structural shell or lock-up
Deliver the accepted package to a clearly documented stage while you remain the owner-builder.

Every arrangement identifies what you are managing, what Owner Builder WA is supplying or coordinating, what licensed contractors perform, the fee basis and the exact handover point.
Your statutory owner-builder obligations remain yours. Advice, procurement support or engaging contractors for part of the work does not transfer those responsibilities.
